Rest Rooms at Lake Minnewanka

At Lake Minnewanka, the main restrooms are located near the large parking lot and close to the boat dock area, where the Lake Minnewanka Cruise departs and the picnic areas are situated. These facilities are permanent structures equipped with flush toilets and include accessible stalls for visitors with mobility needs. Maintained by Parks Canada, the restrooms are kept clean and are most reliably open during the main visitor season, typically from May through October. In addition to these, there are basic pit toilets available at certain trailheads, such as the start of the Stewart Canyon Trail, for those heading out on hikes. While these restrooms provide essential services, visitors should note that there are no showers or baby-changing facilities on site.
